We are looking for a skilled Database Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) with strong expertise in Oracle GoldenGate to ensure reliable, high-performance data replication across heterogeneous database environments.

The role focuses on GoldenGate setup, performance tuning, and integration with multiple database platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, set up, and configure Oracle GoldenGate for real-time data replication.

- Monitor and optimize GoldenGate pipelines to ensure high throughput and low latency.

- Troubleshoot replication issues and ensure data consistency across systems.

- Integrate GoldenGate with Oracle, SQL Server, and PostgreSQL as source databases.

- Implement best practices for reliability, availability, and performance.

- Work closely with database, application, and infrastructure teams to support data movement requirements.

Required Skills & Expertise :

- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle GoldenGate setup and configuration.

- Proven expertise in GoldenGate performance tuning and optimization.

- Experience working with connectors for Oracle, SQL Server, and PostgreSQL databases.

- Experience with Prometheus and Grafana for monitoring and observability.

- Hands-on experience with Kafka, EMR, and Kubernetes-based deployments.

- Solid understanding of database replication concepts and data consistency.

- Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex replication issues.
