Skills and experience required:

- 4 to 5 years of Experience/Knowledge in Database Monitoring & Database domain, with understanding of Guardium tool

- Strong understanding of Guardium tools and implementation along with Database Integration

- CISSP/CISA/RHEL/OCP/MSP certifications preferred (Not mandatory)

- Data center and domain expertise required to analyze threats and mitigation strategies

- Check and verify Logs on timely basis and take appropriate actions

- Assess groups and Id's for apt access under Guardium

- Maintain / update / keep accurate Guardium Version

- Cyber Security Tools/Database Security/RDBMS platforms knowledge

- 1 or more years of Microsoft Suite experience (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)

- 1 or more years of Hands-on Database Monitoring Tool

- Good oral and written communication skills

- Good analytical and investigative ability

- Guardium knowledge is mandatory

- SonarG/Cloud/ITIL - Good to have

- Database knowledge is mandatory

Key Responsibilities :

- Monitor and maintain IBM Guardium for database activity monitoring and security.

- Implement and manage Guardium integrations with various RDBMS platforms.

- Analyze database security threats and design appropriate mitigation strategies.

- Verify and analyze logs regularly, ensuring timely and appropriate responses.

- Review and assess user access controls and group/ID permissions within Guardium.

- Ensure Guardium versioning is up to date and maintained accurately.

- Support data center security requirements and policies.
