Database Administrator - MySQL/Oracle DB

Responsibilities :

- Install, configure, and maintain database systems (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL).

- Monitor and optimize database performance, availability, and security.

- Implement and manage backup, recovery, and disaster recovery solutions.

- Troubleshoot database issues and provide timely resolutions.

- Collaborate with developers to design efficient queries, indexes, and database structures.

- Ensure data integrity, compliance, and access control policies.

- Automate database administration tasks where possible.

- Maintain documentation for database configurations and processes.

Qualifications :

- Strong expertise in SQL, database performance tuning, and troubleshooting.

- Knowledge of data backup, recovery, clustering, and replication.

- Familiarity with cloud-based databases (AWS RDS, Azure SQL, Google Cloud DB).

- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
