Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop enterprise data models and data solutions aligned with business requirements.

- Develop end-to-end data solutions on Azure platforms using Databricks and Snowflake.

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective data architecture and modeling solutions.

- Work with Guidewire data structures and insurance domain datasets to support reporting and analytics needs.

- Support insurance KPIs, regulatory reporting, and business intelligence requirements.

- Perform code reviews and provide technical feedback to development teams.

- Collaborate with architects, developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality data solutions.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies including Program Increment planning, Sprint planning, and delivery activities.

- Utilize Agile tools such as Jira for planning, tracking, and execution.

- Support DevOps practices and infrastructure-as-code implementation.

- Ensure data solutions follow best practices for scalability, performance, and maintainability.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Strong experience in data modeling, data architecture, and enterprise data solutions.

- Hands-on experience developing data solutions using Azure platforms, Databricks, and Snowflake.

- Good understanding of Guidewire applications and data structures.

- Strong experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain.

- Knowledge of insurance KPIs, regulatory reporting, and insurance data requirements.

- Experience working with Agile development methodologies and tools such as Jira.

- Experience with DevOps practices and infrastructure-as-code concepts.

- Ability to perform code reviews and provide constructive technical feedback.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
