Job Summary :

We are seeking a Data Scientist with strong analytical capabilities and hands-on experience working with statistical models, data analysis, and predictive techniques to solve business problems.

The ideal candidate should possess expertise in data preparation, feature engineering, model development, validation, and implementation using modern data science tools and frameworks.

The role requires close collaboration with business and technology teams to derive insights from data, improve decision-making, and build scalable analytical solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.

- Perform data preparation, cleansing, transformation, and feature engineering activities.

- Develop and evaluate predictive and statistical models to address business requirements.

- Apply appropriate validation techniques to assess model effectiveness and reliability.

- Conduct exploratory data analysis to understand data characteristics and support decision-making.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business problems into analytical solutions.

- Design repeatable workflows for data processing, experimentation, and analysis.

- Document methodologies, assumptions, and findings for knowledge sharing and governance.

- Continuously improve analytical approaches and methodologies to enhance business outcomes.

Required Skills & Experience :

Technical Skills :

- Strong hands-on proficiency in Python for data analysis and statistical modeling.

- Experience with libraries and frameworks such as PyTorch, scikit-learn, CatBoost, or similar tools.

- Strong understanding of feature engineering techniques.

- Experience with model evaluation and validation methodologies.

- Familiarity with Kubernetes environments and containerized workflows.

- Experience working with Argo Workflows.

- Knowledge of statistical analysis, predictive techniques, and data-driven problem solving.

- Ability to work with structured and semi-structured datasets.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline.

- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, statistical modeling, or data science initiatives.
