About the Role :

We are looking for a Data Scientist with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to build data- and AI-driven solutions that directly contribute to business outcomes.

The role goes beyond traditional reporting or query-based analytics.

You will be responsible for taking ambiguous business problems, identifying their root causes, developing scalable analytical or AI solutions, and driving them through to actionable business decisions and measurable impact.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in Python and SQL, solid data-management fundamentals, and an understanding of how AI/LLMs can be applied to automate workflows and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own analytics and data science projects end-to-end, from understanding the business problem and identifying root causes to developing solutions and measuring outcomes.

- Translate ambiguous business questions into structured analytical problems and determine the appropriate approach to solve them.

- Develop and deploy predictive models, analytical solutions, automated pipelines, and AI-powered intelligence layers.

- Use data to generate actionable insights that support business decisions and improve operational outcomes.

- Build solutions that reduce manual intervention through automation and intelligent workflows.

- Develop and maintain scalable and reliable data pipelines to support analytics and AI use cases.

- Build foundational data models that enable consistent and reliable analysis across teams.

- Implement comprehensive data quality checks and validation frameworks to ensure data accuracy and reliability.

- Build and optimize analytics intelligence layers for the automated and scheduled delivery of granular insights to relevant stakeholders.

- Identify opportunities where AI and automation can improve existing workflows and operational processes.

- Leverage LLMs and AI tools to optimize analytical workflows and develop AI-powered operational solutions.

- Work independently to scope problems, determine the required data and methodology, and drive projects through execution.

- Continuously monitor and optimize analytical solutions to ensure they deliver measurable business value.

- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to translate analytical findings into practical business decisions.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 1+ years of hands-on experience working on analytics or data science projects.

- Strong proficiency in Python for data analysis, modelling, automation, and solution development.

- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with structured data.

- Strong understanding of data management fundamentals, including data quality, data pipelines, and data modelling.

- Experience developing analytical solutions, predictive models, or data-driven applications.

- Understanding of AI/LLM capabilities and their practical application in business workflows.

- Hands-on experience using LLMs or AI-powered tools to improve workflows or automate operational processes.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes rather than simply execute predefined queries.

- Ability to work with ambiguous problems and independently structure an approach to solve them.

- Strong ownership and ability to take projects from problem definition to implementation and measurable outcome.

- Strong learning mindset and curiosity toward emerging data and AI technologies.
