Description :

We are looking for a results-driven Data Scientist with strong expertise in Python and SQL to analyze complex datasets, build predictive models, and generate actionable insights that support business decision-making.

The role involves close collaboration with product, engineering, and business teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze large, structured and unstructured datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.

- Build, validate, and deploy statistical and machine learning models for prediction and optimization.

- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) and feature engineering using Python.

- Write complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources.

- Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.

- Work closely with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to translate business problems into data-driven solutions.

- Present insights and model outcomes in a clear and compelling manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability across datasets.

- Monitor and improve model performance over time.

- Document methodologies, assumptions, and results.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Technical Skills :

- Strong proficiency in Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, etc.)

- Advanced SQL skills for data extraction and analysis.

- Experience with machine learning techniques such as regression, classification, clustering, and time-series analysis.

- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib, Seaborn).

Experience & Education :

- 3- 7 years of experience as a Data Scientist or Data Analyst.

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
