Job Summary :

We are seeking a Data Scientist who will work on digital and e-commerce data, using analytical and modeling techniques to draw meaningful insights that drive online business growth. The ideal candidate combines technical proficiency with business understanding and a storytelling mindset to translate data into actionable strategies.

Must-Have Skills & Tools :

- Proficiency in Python and SQL

- Solid understanding of data extraction, manipulation, and analysis

- Experience with data preprocessing and feature engineering

- Ability to design and evaluate predictive models

- Good communication and data storytelling skills

- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management abilities

- Basic understanding of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)

Good to Have :

- Exposure to marketing analytics or digital campaign optimization

- Familiarity with web and e-commerce platforms data (Google Analytics, Shopify, etc.)

- Experience with A/B testing and customer segmentation

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Analyze customer behavior, campaign performance, and transaction data to identify trends and opportunities

- Build and deploy analytical models to optimize marketing and sales strategies

- Translate analytical findings into actionable insights for business teams

- Develop dashboards and visual reports to track business KPIs

- Collaborate with marketing, product, and technology teams to define data-driven strategies
