Key Responsibilities :

- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources.

- Develop and implement predictive models and machine learning algorithms.

- Create clear and compelling visualizations and reports to communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy models into production.

- Design and execute A/B tests and other experiments to validate hypotheses.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and industry trends in data science.

- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.

- 3+ years of experience in a data science role.

- Proficiency in Python or R and their respective data science libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).

- Strong knowledge of statistical analysis, machine learning, and data modeling techniques.

- Experience with SQL and relational databases.

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Nice-to-Have :

- Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop).

- Knowledge of cloud-based data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery).

- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib).

- Background in natural language processing (NLP) or computer vision
