Job Title : Data Science & Advanced Analytics Specialist

Mandatory Skills :

- Data Science & Machine Learning

Responsibilities :

- Lead and deliver Data Science / ML models for Marketing Analytics, Retail, and CPG domains.

- Work on large datasets using Python, SQL, PySpark, and AWS cloud platforms.

- Apply supervised & unsupervised learning techniques (classification, regression, clustering, ensemble models, neural networks).

- Build and deploy predictive & prescriptive models for business optimization.

- Deliver insights via Power BI dashboards and storytelling.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define business problems and deliver measurable outcomes.

What Were Looking For :

- Extensive experience in leading Data Science and Advanced Analytics delivery teams.

- Strong statistical programming in Python (cloud-native platforms like AWS Sagemaker, Azure, or GCP preferred).

- Hands-on experience with large datasets and big data tools (AWS, SQL, PySpark, etc.).

Strong knowledge in at least two areas :

a. Supervised & Unsupervised Learning

b. Classification, Regression, Clustering

c. Neural Networks

d. Ensemble Modeling (Random Forest, Boosted Trees, etc.)

- Experience with Pricing models is a plus.

- Exposure to at least one domain : Energy, CPG, Retail, Marketing Analytics, Customer Analytics, Digital Marketing, eCommerce, Health, Supply Chain.

- Proven client engagement and business development experience.

- Ability to thrive in a global, collaborative team environment.

- Quick learner with the ability to independently deliver results.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Masters / Ph.D. in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related disciplines.

- Strong client engagement & team leadership experience.
