Data Scientist - Python

We are looking for a data-driven and analytical Data Scientist to join our team.

You will be responsible for building predictive models, designing experiments, and uncovering valuable insights from complex datasets to help drive business decisions.

Responsibilities :

- Analyze large, complex datasets to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies.

- Develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms to solve business problems.

- Design and execute A/B testing and other experiments to validate hypotheses.

- Work with stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and analytical requirements.

- Communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Clean and preprocess data from various sources to ensure quality and integrity.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 3+ years of experience in a Data Scientist or similar role.

- Strong proficiency in programming languages like Python or R.

- Expertise with data manipulation and analysis libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).

- Solid understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning, and data mining techniques.

- Experience with SQL for querying and manipulating databases.

- Familiarity with big data technologies such as Spark or Hadoop is a plus.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for turning data into action.
