About the Role :

We are looking for a highly skilled Data Scientist or Pricing Analyst to lead our Personalized Pricing initiatives. In this role, you'll design, test, and scale pricing strategies tailored to individual user behaviors, preferences, and demand patterns.

You'll collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and marketing teams to build intelligent, real-time pricing models that maximize revenue while improving user experience.

Key Responsibilities :

- Build and deploy personalized pricing models using behavioral, segmentation, and contextual data.

- Apply advanced statistical and machine learning techniques to estimate demand elasticity and user-level price sensitivity.

- Design and execute pricing A/B experiments to measure revenue impact and user experience trade-offs.

- Develop real-time, dynamic pricing systems that adapt to inputs like location, time, inventory levels, and user segments.

- Collaborate with engineering teams to operationalize models in production environments.

- Translate analytical insights into actionable pricing strategies and communicate them effectively to business stakeholders.

Required Qualifications :

- 3-6 years of hands-on experience in data science, pricing analytics, or quantitative strategy.

- Proficiency in Python and SQL; hands-on experience with libraries such as scikit-learn, statsmodels, or XGBoost.

- Strong understanding of pricing analytics, revenue optimization, and behavioral economics.

- Proven experience in building predictive models for conversion, revenue uplift, or price sensitivity.

- Solid grasp of A/B testing, causal inference techniques, and experimentation frameworks.

- Ability to convert complex data into simple, actionable insights with tangible business outcomes.
