We are seeking an experienced Data Science professional to develop end-to-end predictive analytics solutions in the BFSI domain The role involves building end-to-end ML solutions, performing statistical analysis, and delivering actionable business insights. You will collaborate with stakeholders, design experiments, deploy models, and continuously monitor and improve model performance using modern ML and AWS technologies.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop end to end solutions including understanding the business needs & requirements from stakeholders.

- Ability to perform data mining & data wrangling along with development & validations on predictive models using the Machine Language approaches, hypothesis testing and generate actionable business insights from data analysis.

- Communicate the model results & insights to the stakeholders and implement solutions end to end.

- Plan out the communication strategy in consultation with business using A/B techniques and Design of Experiments.

- Track the model effectiveness and feed the learnings to fine tune the models.

Ideal Candidate Profile :

- At least 3- 5 years of hand-on working experience in Predictive modelling and Machine learning

- Experienced professionals with hands on working knowledge on the projects in BFSI domain

- Good Knowledge of Machine Learning Algorithms ( Ex. Linear Regression, Logistic Regression, Decision Tree, Random Forest, XGBoost, GBM etc)

- Good Knowledge of Statistics, Statistical Tests & Distributions.

- Good Knowledge of Python, Microsoft Power Point, Microsoft Excel.

- Basic knowledge of SQL.

- Experience in Data Analysis, Data Preparation & Model building.

- AWS Cloud - s3, ec2, ECR, ECS/Fargate, Lamda, step function, cloud watch, SES, SNS.
