Job Description :

We are looking for a self-motivated Data Scientist with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of working with large and diverse datasets to develop and deploy AI/ML-driven solutions.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Python programming, machine learning algorithms, and Generative AI, along with expertise in building production-grade solutions.

Experience with MLOps will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities :

- Analyze complex datasets and identify actionable insights and patterns.

- Develop, train, and deploy machine learning and generative AI models for real-world applications.

- Build and implement data models and algorithms to optimize business performance.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate models into production systems.

- Monitor, evaluate, and improve model performance continuously.

Requirements :

- 35 years experience as a Data Scientist or similar role.

- Strong proficiency in Python and data science libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras, and Jupyter.

- Solid understanding of AI/ML algorithms, data mining, and statistical modeling techniques.

- Experience with RDBMS, NoSQL, or Graph databases.

- Strong understanding of product development and end-to-end solution implementation.

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
