Data Scientist - Neural Networks/Machine Learning

Requirements :

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in computer science (or similar degrees)

- 4-7 years of experience as a Data Scientist in a fast-paced organization, preferably B2C.

- Familiarity with Neural Networks, Machine Learning, etc.

- Familiarity with tools like SQL, R, Python, etc.

- Strong understanding of Statistics and Linear Algebra.

- Strong understanding of hypothesis/model testing and ability to identify common model testing errors.

- Experience designing and running A/B tests and drawing insights from them.

- Proficiency in machine learning algorithms.

- Excellent analytical skills to fetch data from reliable sources to generate accurate insights.

- Experience in tech and product teams is a plus.

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze large volumes of structured and unstructured data to derive actionable insights.

- Design and implement advanced machine learning models and neural networks to solve real-world business problems.

- Conduct statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and model validation to ensure the accuracy and reliability of results.

- Design, execute, and analyze A/B and multivariate experiments to improve products and user experience.

- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to deploy models and monitor their performance in production environments.

- Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for business and product stakeholders.

- Proactively identify data-driven opportunities for optimization and innovation across various teams.
