Data Scientist - Machine Learning

About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Data Scientist with strong expertise in Machine Learning and Python to drive data-driven decision-making and build scalable predictive models. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in statistical analysis, hands-on ML model development, and the ability to translate business problems into analytical solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models to solve complex business problems

- Perform data analysis, feature engineering, and model evaluation

- Work with large datasets to extract actionable insights and build predictive solutions

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data science solutions

- Build and maintain data pipelines and model workflows

- Monitor model performance and continuously improve accuracy and efficiency

- Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and structured manner

Required Skills & Experience:

- 8 to 10 years of experience in Data Science and Machine Learning

- Strong programming expertise in Python (libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, etc.)

- Solid understanding of supervised and unsupervised learning techniques

- Experience with model evaluation, tuning, and validation techniques

- Strong knowledge of statistics, probability, and data analysis

- Experience working with large and complex datasets

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
