Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Data Scientist / Machine Learning Engineer with 6+ years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in building, deploying, and optimizing data-driven and AI-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy Machine Learning and AI models for business use cases

- Perform data analysis, data preprocessing, and feature engineering using Python

- Build predictive and classification models using supervised and unsupervised learning techniques

- Work with large and complex datasets to extract actionable insights

- Develop and optimize deep learning models using TensorFlow

- Validate model performance and fine-tune algorithms for accuracy and efficiency

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers, product managers, and stakeholders

- Document model development processes and results

Required Skills :

- 6+ years of experience as a Data Scientist / Machine Learning Engineer

- Strong proficiency in Python and libraries such as NumPy, Pandas

- Hands-on experience with Machine Learning algorithms and AI concepts

- Practical experience with TensorFlow (Keras preferred)

- Strong understanding of statistics, probability, and linear algebra

- Experience in model evaluation, validation, and tuning

- Knowledge of data visualization tools is a plus

Good to Have :

- Experience with Deep Learning frameworks (PyTorch)

- Exposure to NLP, Computer Vision, or Recommendation Systems

- Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

- Knowledge of MLOps tools and model deployment

Education :

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field
