Data Scientist - Machine Learning

We are seeking an experienced Data Scientist / ML Engineer with strong technical expertise in data analysis, machine learning, and emerging AI technologies. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience with Python, SQL, traditional ML models, and exposure to Generative AI and LLM-based systems. This role requires strong analytical thinking, effective communication, and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Analyze complex datasets using Python and SQL to build, evaluate, and optimize models.

- Develop and implement machine learning algorithms, statistical models, and predictive analytics solutions.

- Build and maintain data pipelines to support model training and deployment.

- Work with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)based solutions.

- Contribute to the development of agentic workflows using frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, or Agno (preferred but not mandatory).

- Deploy ML/AI models on cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud, ensuring scalability and reliability.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into data-driven insights and solutions.

- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly and effectively.

- Participate in continuous model monitoring, optimization, and performance evaluation.

Skillset / Requirements :

- 4+ years of experience in data science, business analytics, or applied machine learning.

- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL for data analysis, modeling, and pipeline development.

- Solid understanding of traditional ML algorithms, statistical techniques, and predictive modeling.

- Hands-on experience or working knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG systems.

- Exposure to agentic frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI, Agno) is a significant plus.

- Experience deploying ML models on AWS, Google Cloud, or similar cloud environments.

- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with the capacity to work effectively across teams.
