About the Role :

We are seeking a results-driven Data Scientist to design, build, and deploy predictive models that solve complex business problems, focusing on customer behavior and personalization.

This role requires a strong blend of theoretical knowledge in Machine Learning and practical experience in deploying models in a production environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Identify business problems that can be solved using Machine Learning and statistical modeling.

- Design and implement end-to-end ML solutions, from data extraction and feature engineering to model training and deployment.

- Develop, train, and evaluate predictive models (e.g., regression, classification, clustering, deep learning) using Python libraries (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch).

- Collaborate with Data Engineers to ensure robust data pipelines and production readiness of models.

- Conduct A/B testing on deployed models and iterate based on performance metrics.

- Clearly communicate complex results and insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 4+ years of experience as a Data Scientist or Machine Learning Engineer.

- Masters degree or higher in a quantitative field (Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics).

- Expert proficiency in Python and its data science ecosystem (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).

- Experience with SQL and distributed computing frameworks (Spark/Hadoop).

- Proven track record of deploying ML models into a production environment (MLOps experience is a plus).

- Solid understanding of statistical analysis and experimental design
