About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning Engineer / Data Scientist with a strong background in Python, modern ML techniques, and deep learning frameworks. You will work on cutting-edge projects involving LLMs, transformers, and open-source ecosystems (HuggingFace) while building scalable, production-grade ML pipelines.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for real-world use cases.

- Build, optimize, and maintain scalable ML workflows and production-ready pipelines.

- Apply data science techniques (classification, clustering, anomaly detection, feature engineering, neural networks) to derive actionable insights.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ML solutions into products and services.

- Take ownership of delivering features, enhancements, and optimizations within defined timelines.

- Keep up to date with advancements in LLMs, transformers, and generative AI.

Must-Have Qualifications :

- Strong programming skills with Python (production-level coding experience).

- Hands-on expertise with LLMs, transformers, and HuggingFace models.

- Proven experience in machine learning & data science techniques :

• Classification, Clustering, Anomaly Detection
• Feature Engineering & Feature Selection
• Neural Networks & Deep Learning fundamentals

- Solid understanding of classic ML algorithms (SVM, Random Forest, Naive Bayes, KNN, etc.).

- Hands-on experience with PyTorch for deep learning.

- Proficiency in data science libraries : Scikit-learn, NumPy, Pandas, Polars.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Good to Have (Bonus Skills) :

- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for ML workloads.

- Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).

- Exposure to large-scale data engineering pipelines and optimization techniques.
