Data Scientist - Machine Learning

In this role, youll work on high-impact problems using advanced machine learning techniques. Youll also play a key role in shaping the next generation of data scientists by mentoring junior team members and interns.

Requirements :

- 5 to 7 years of experience in Data Science or Machine Learning roles

- Proven ability to work on end-to-end ML projects - from research to production

- Conduct in-depth machine learning research and stay updated with state-of-the-art

advancements

- Read, interpret, and implement research papers, especially in the Generative AI domain

- Mentor and guide junior data scientists and interns in executing real-world projects

- Design and build machine learning and deep learning models to solve complex business

challenges

- Work collaboratively across teams to turn data into decisions, and models into products

- Strong foundation in Statistics and Probability

- Advanced proficiency in Python for data science and ML workflows

- Hands-on experience with key libraries like Scikit-learn, Keras, TensorFlow, and PyTorch

- Expertise in core ML algorithms like Linear/Logistic Regression, Decision Trees, Gradient

Descent, SVMs, etc.

- Deep familiarity with Transformer architectures and working with Large Language Models

(LLMs)

- Experience with frameworks like Langchain or LlamaIndex for building LLM-based

applications

- Ability to turn theoretical models into production-ready code with clarity and precision
