About the Role:

In this role, you will leverage data to drive key business decisions, build predictive models, and uncover insights that improve our products and customer experiences.

You should be comfortable working with large data sets, using machine learning algorithms, and communicating findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

- Build and deploy predictive models and machine learning algorithms.

- Design and implement A/B tests and other statistical analyses to validate hypotheses.

- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to define data needs and deliver impactful solutions.

- Communicate results and insights clearly through dashboards, reports, and presentations.

- Ensure data quality and integrity through data cleaning and preprocessing techniques.

- Stay current with advancements in data science, machine learning, and big data technologies.

Required Qualifications :

- Proficiency in Python or R, with experience in libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.

- Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases.

- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Matplotlib/Seaborn.

- Solid understanding of statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms.

- Experience working with large datasets and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus.
