Data Scientist - Machine Learning

Position Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist (ML) to join our team in Bengaluru.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python programming and AI/ML methodologies, along with hands-on experience in implementing ML solutions at scale.

This role requires a mix of technical proficiency, problem-solving ability, and effective communication skills to deliver impactful data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, build, and implement machine learning models across diverse problem areas such as forecasting, clustering, regression, classification, and optimization.

- Work extensively with Python (advanced OOP concepts) to develop production-ready solutions.

- Leverage Azure tech stack, Databricks, MLflow, and cloud-based platforms for ML lifecycle management.

- Utilize Airflow for orchestrating and automating data science workflows.

- Apply MLOps practices and containerization tools (e.g., Docker) to deploy and manage ML models in production environments.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, analytics, business stakeholders) to translate business challenges into machine learning solutions.

- Maintain and manage version control (Git) for model development, experimentation, and deployment.

- Prepare and deliver clear, compelling presentations of data science insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements & Qualifications :

- 36 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, and advanced Python programming.

- Strong background in AI/ML algorithms and hands-on application of ML techniques (forecasting, clustering, regression, classification, optimization).

- Proficiency in Python with deep knowledge of OOP principles.

- Experience with Azure stack, Databricks, MLflow, and orchestration tools like Airflow.

- Strong understanding of MLOps practices and familiarity with Docker for containerization.

- Hands-on experience with Git or other version control systems.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and logical reasoning skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proven ability to interact effectively across all organizational levels.
