Job Summary :

As a Data Scientist, you'll leverage analytical, statistical, and machine learning expertise to extract insights from diverse datasets and guide data-informed decision-making. You'll build and deploy predictive models, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and translate complex findings into business value.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Develop and implement AI/ML/LLM-based applications using Python and production pipelines.

2. Design and deploy Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) workflows leveraging LLaMA models.

3. Integrate and deploy vector databases for semantic search and embedding workflows.

4. Leverage Databricks environment for scalable data processing and ML model development.

5. Build backend APIs to expose AI capabilities and integrate with product teams.

6. Drive full ML/Ops pipeline lifecycle, including version control, CI/CD, monitoring, and retraining.

Technical Requirements :

1. Python (pandas, numpy, scripting, package management)

2. Databricks (Apache Spark, MLflow, Delta Lake)

3. LLaMA/open-source LLMs, fine-tuning, prompt engineering

4. Vector DBs (pgvector, Milvus, Chroma, Pinecone)

5. ML/DL frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Transformers, scikit-learn)

6. PostgreSQL and vector database capabilities

7. Cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure), containerization (Docker), and CI/CD pipelines

Good to Have :

1. Experience with Quantization techniques, PEFT, and model compression strategies

2. Familiarity with Knowledge Graphs or integration with graph DBs

3. Prior experience in building multi-agent systems and orchestration frameworks
