Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Scientist with strong experience in Machine Learning, Generative AI (GenAI), and working with Large Language Models (LLMs). The ideal candidate will have expertise in Python programming, cloud-based deployments using Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and applying statistical and optimization techniques to large datasets.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement advanced machine learning models and algorithms for real-world business problems.

- Apply GenAI and LLM-based solutions to unstructured data such as text, documents, and customer interactions.

- Work with large-scale datasets using Big Data platforms and perform text mining, natural language processing (NLP), and deep learning tasks.

- Deploy models on GCP and manage their lifecycle including retraining and performance monitoring.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and domain experts to translate business requirements into data solutions.

- Optimize model performance through feature engineering, parameter tuning, and continuous evaluation.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.

4+ years of hands-on experience in :

- Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Statistical Modeling

- Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs)

- Text mining and NLP techniques (e.g., classification, clustering, decision trees, SVMs, neural networks)

- Python programming and ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc.)

- Working on GCP (Google Cloud Platform) and Big Data environments

- Strong understanding of model optimization, evaluation metrics, and deployment strategies.

- Familiarity with tools like Airflow, BigQuery, and Vertex AI is a plus.
