Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning systems for real-world business use cases

- Conduct applied ML research and experimentation

- Read, evaluate, and implement concepts from research papers, especially in generative AI

- Mentor and guide junior and mid-level data scientists

- Write production-quality, object-oriented Python code

- Develop, optimize, and evaluate ML/DL models across supervised and unsupervised learning domains

Required Skills :

- 3- 5 years of experience as a Data Scientist

- Strong understanding of statistics, probability, and ML fundamentals

- Advanced proficiency in Python and object-oriented programming

- Solid grasp of data structures and algorithms

- Expertise with ML/DL libraries : Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch

- Deep understanding of classical algorithms such as Linear/Logistic Regression, Gradient Descent, Decision Trees, SVM, etc.

- Ability to translate research into production-ready solutions

- Experience building LLM applications using frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex (preferred)

- Experience with Transformer architectures and large language models (preferred)
