Data Scientist - Generative AI

Role Overview :

As a Data Scientist specializing in Generative AI, you will be at the forefront of developing and implementing cutting-edge AI solutions. Your day-to-day will involve designing, building, and deploying generative models, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including data architects, engineers, and product managers. You will be instrumental in translating complex business problems into innovative AI-driven solutions, ultimately enhancing user experiences and driving significant business value through improved products and services.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement generative AI models using deep learning techniques to create novel content, enhance existing products, and solve complex business challenges.

- Collaborate with data architects to design and optimize data pipelines for efficient data ingestion, processing, and storage, ensuring high-quality data availability for model training and evaluation.

- Conduct comprehensive data analysis and feature engineering to identify key drivers and patterns, enabling the development of accurate and robust generative models.

- Evaluate and fine-tune generative models using appropriate metrics and validation techniques, ensuring optimal performance and generalization on real-world data.

- Communicate complex technical concepts and findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, facilitating informed decision-making and driving adoption of AI solutions.

- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in generative AI, deep learning, and related fields, proactively identifying opportunities to leverage new technologies and methodologies to improve existing solutions and develop innovative applications.

- Contribute to the development of intellectual property through research and innovation, enhancing the company's competitive advantage in the AI space.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to design, develop, and deploy generative AI models using deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow.

- Proven experience in data modeling, data architecture, and data pipeline development, ensuring efficient and scalable data processing.

- Expertise in programming languages such as Python, R, and Scala, enabling effective data manipulation, analysis, and model implementation.

- Strong understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms, and deep learning techniques, facilitating the development of accurate and robust AI solutions.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and requirements.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.

- Comfortable working in a hybrid work environment, balancing remote work with on-site collaboration in Pune or Trivandrum/Thiruvananthapuram.
