Job description :

Job Responsibilities :

- Apply advanced statistical methods to mine and analyze data, especially in automotive or manufacturing domains (preferred)

- Discover hidden patterns and insights to drive business decisions

- Design and implement customized ML/AI algorithms tailored to client-specific requirements

- Build scalable, reusable models across AI, Gen AI, ML, and statistical domains

- Translate analytical insights into actionable recommendations for product or business improvement

- Collaborate with product and engineering teams throughout the project lifecycle

- Ensure proper data capture and alignment of analytical goals

- Develop and maintain dashboards using tools like Tableau, Power BI, etc.

Technical Skills & Expertise :

- Strong command of Python for data preprocessing, feature engineering, imputation, cleansing, and transformation

- Experience with data exploration techniques : mean-variance, k-means, nearest neighbor, outlier detection, and anomaly correlation

- Proven experience with ML algorithms :

a. Multivariate Regression

b. Classification Models

c. Clustering Algorithms

- Expertise in one or more of the following domains :

- Supply Chain Analytics : Inventory optimization, demand forecasting

- Sales Analytics : Recommendation systems, customer segmentation, price elasticity

- Manufacturing Analytics : Root cause analysis, scrap reduction, cycle time reduction, warranty analytics

- Computer Vision
