Data Scientist - Generative AI

Responsibilities :

- Proven ability to work on end-to-end ML projects from research to production.

- Conduct in-depth machine learning research and stay updated with state-of-the-art advancements.

- Read, interpret, and implement research papers, especially in the Generative AI domain.

- Mentor and guide junior data scientists and interns in executing real-world projects.

- Design and build machine learning and deep learning models to solve complex business challenges.

- Work collaboratively across teams to turn data into decisions, and models into products.

Requirements :

- Strong foundation in Statistics and Probability.

- Advanced proficiency in Python for data science and ML workflows.

- Hands-on experience with key libraries like Scikit-learn, Keras, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.

- Expertise in core ML algorithms like Linear/Logistic Regression, Decision Trees, Gradient Descent, SVMs, etc.

- Deep familiarity with Transformer architectures and working with Large Language Models (LLMs).

- Experience with frameworks like Langchain or LlamaIndex for building LLM-based applications.

- Ability to turn theoretical models into production-ready code with clarity and precision.
