We are looking for a skilled Gen AI Specialist with hands-on experience in building and fine-tuning large language models. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Data Science, Machine Learning, and Generative AI, and be comfortable coding in Python.

Key Responsibilities :

- Fine-tune or train Transformer-based models using PyTorch

- Build and work on LLM projects, including RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) applications

- Execute end-to-end Generative AI projects

- Collaborate with stakeholders and communicate technical insights effectively

Must-Have Skills :

- Strong Python programming skills

- Experience in Machine Learning or Deep Learning (at least one)

- Prior hands-on experience with Gen AI projects

Soft Skills :

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

- Proactive problem-solving mindset

- Gen AI- B2/ C1/ C2
