This position is responsible spearheading the development of next generation Analytics and Machine learning software.

Mandatory skills :

- Strong expertise in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering

- Experience in maintaining, re-training, fine-tuning models

- Experience in Bayesian model

- Experience of working on multiple Machine Learning / Deep Learning projects

- Machine learning programming experience in Python and PyTorch.

- Exceptionally strong analytical skills.

- Excellent problem-solving skills

- Ability to translate a business problem into a Data Science / NLP problem.

- In-Depth knowledge of statistics, machine learning

- Excellent communication skills on all levels both technical and day-to-day

Nice to have skills :

- Masters or PhD in Computer science / Mathematics / Statistics or relevant field

- Experience in creating visualization for Data

Key Roles and responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy advanced analytics and machine learning solutions to support next-generation AI/ML software products.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, domain experts) to understand business objectives and translate them into well-defined Data Science or NLP problems.

- Build, maintain, retrain, and fine-tune machine learning models, ensuring high performance, scalability, and robustness over time.

- Apply statistical and mathematical methods, including Bayesian modeling techniques, to develop predictive, prescriptive, and optimization models.

- Work on multiple machine learning and deep learning projects, owning end-to-end workflows from problem definition and data preprocessing to modeling and deployment.

- Write efficient, maintainable, and scalable code in Python, using PyTorch and related ML frameworks.

- Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) and derive meaningful insights to guide decision-making and model development.
