Description :

We are seeking a talented Data Scientist with around 3 - 5 years of experience, preferably with strong expertise in Azure Databricks and Azure Database services. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building and deploying data models, working with large datasets, and leveraging cloud platforms (Azure preferred; AWS is also acceptable) to deliver scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, train, and deploy predictive and analytical models using statistical and machine learning techniques.

- Work extensively on Azure Databricks (or AWS Databricks) for data preparation, feature engineering, and model development.

- Utilize Azure Database services and data lakes to manage and analyze structured and unstructured data.

- Collaborate with data engineers and business teams to understand requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.

- Perform exploratory data analysis, identify patterns, and generate actionable insights.

- Optimize models for performance, scalability, and reliability in production environments.

- Document methodologies and communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 3+ years of experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar analytical role.

- Hands-on experience with Azure Databricks (or AWS Databricks). Strong working knowledge of Azure Database services and data storage solutions.

- Proficiency in Python and SQL, with experience using ML libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.

- Strong foundation in statistics, machine learning, and data modeling techniques.

- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or matplotlib/seaborn). Experience working with large datasets and cloud-based environments.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Certifications in Azure or Databricks.

- Experience deploying models into production environments.

- Exposure to MLOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
