Job Title : Data Scientist AI & Machine Learning

Role Overview :

We are seeking a Data Scientist with hands-on AI and ML experience to join our growing tech team. You will design, develop, and deploy AI-driven solutions across finance, audio/video intelligence, natural language processing, and geospatial analytics. This role is ideal for someone passionate about building scalable AI models, deploying real-time AI pipelines, and solving high-impact business problems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Build and maintain AI/ML models for financial risk prediction, repayment behavior, and fraud detection.

- Develop AI solutions for audio/video analytics, including speech-to-text, emotion detection, and automated document/video verification.

- Implement generative AI and LLM pipelines for hybrid AI applications, such as customer support, document summarization, or predictive insights.

- Apply geospatial AI techniques to optimize customer targeting, field operations, and market analysis.

- Deploy and manage AI models using MLOps best practices with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Monitor, retrain, and optimize models with performance metrics, observability tools, and automated feedback loops.

- Write robust, maintainable code in Python, Go, and Java to integrate AI solutions into production systems.

Must-Have Skills :

- 3- 4 years of hands-on experience in AI and ML development, preferably in fintech or related domains.

- Strong programming skills in Python, Go, and Java for AI/ML pipelines and APIs.

- Proficiency with ML and AI frameworks : TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face, Whisper, OpenCV.

- Experience in audio/video analytics, computer vision, NLP, or generative AI.

- Familiarity with geospatial AI tools like GeoPandas, Shapely, or PostGIS.

- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD workflows, and MLOps tools like MLflow, Airflow, or DVC.

- Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases and real-time data processing.

Good-to-Have :

- Experience in credit scoring, risk modeling, or collections analytics.

- Exposure to LangChain, VectorDBs, and LLM-based AI pipelines.

- Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects or a strong GitHub portfolio.

- Awareness of AI ethics, compliance, and privacy regulations in financial systems.
