About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Data Scientist with over 5 years of industry experience. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in data science, statistical modeling, and machine learning, combined with hands-on experience in AWS Cloud services and programming languages such as Python and SQL. Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, implement, and optimize machine learning models and data analytics solutions.

- Design and deploy scalable data pipelines and ETL processes using AWS services.

- Utilize AWS Cloud components such as S3, SageMaker, Lambda, Step Functions, CloudWatch, ECS, Fargate, ECR, and EC2 for data processing and model deployment.

- Perform data cleaning, transformation, and analysis using Python and SQL.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.

- Monitor and maintain deployed models and workflows to ensure performance and reliability.

- Stay updated on the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and cloud technologies to continuously improve processes.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) or MCA.

- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in data science or related fields.

- Proficient in Python and SQL for data manipulation, analysis, and model development.

- Strong hands-on experience with AWS Cloud infrastructure and services including S3, SageMaker, Lambda, Step Functions, CloudWatch, ECS, Fargate, ECR, and EC2.

- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistics, and data modeling techniques.

- Experience deploying machine learning models and managing cloud-based production environments.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team.

- Strong communication skills to effectively explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with containerization tools like Docker.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code.

- Exposure to big data technologies with a background in financial services, insurance, risk modeling and fraud detection is a plus.
