We are looking for a skilled Data Scientist with experience in AI/ML and RAG (Red-Amber-Green) ontology development to help build a domain-specific platform that reconciles policies and laws using technology. The solution will be implemented in Azure and designed to provide accurate, context-aware answers without relying solely on AI outputs.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement RAG ontology models within Azure.

- Build AI/ML pipelines for domain-specific Q&A (e.g., healthcare policy).

- Collaborate with a team of developers in an agile, fast-paced environment.

- Guide junior/local team members and contribute to model refinement.

- Provide answers and insights with or without AI support.

Requirements :

- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML, ontology modeling, or data science.

- Strong skills in Azure, Python, and ML tools (e.g., PyTorch, vector DBs).

- Experience with policy/legal/healthcare domains is a plus.

- Self-starter, agile mindset, and willing to take ownership.
