Job Summary :

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end data science projects from problem definition through model deployment.

- Build, evaluate, and deploy machine learning models and statistical algorithms to solve complex

business problems.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Business stakeholders to integrate data science solutions.

- Work with large, complex datasets using modern data tools (e.g., Spark, SQL, Airflow).

- Translate complex analytical results into actionable insights and present them to non-technical audiences.

- Mentor junior data scientists and provide technical guidance.

- Stay current with the latest trends in AI/ML, data science, and data engineering.

- Ensure reproducibility, scalability, and performance of machine learning systems in production.

Required Qualifications :

- 710 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or applied statistics roles.

- Strong programming skills in Python and/or R; proficiency in SQL.

- Deep understanding of statistical techniques, hypothesis testing, and predictive modeling.

- Hands-on experience with ML libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, XGBoost, etc.

- Familiarity with data processing tools like Spark, Hadoop, or equivalent.

- Experience deploying models into production environments (APIs, MLOps, CI/CD pipelines).

- Excellent communication skills and ability to convey technical insights to business audiences.

- Experience working in cloud environments such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
