Data Scientist with ~3 years of experience in building AI/ML solutions, with specific hands-on exposure to designing, developing, and deploying AI-chatbots (including agentic AI / conversational agents).

Python and SQL Skill is mandatory .

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop conversational AI/chatbot solutions : intent classification, entity extraction, dialogue management, user-agent handoff, etc.

- Build and train NLP / deep-learning models (e.g., transformer-based models, RNNs, LSTMs, BERT variants) for language understanding, conversation generation, and agentic behaviours.

- Work on agentic AI workflows: enabling more autonomous conversational agents (multi-step tasks, context preservation, decision-making within agent).

- Pre-process large datasets (text, logs, conversation transcripts), perform feature engineering, data cleaning and annotation for intent/entity/dialogue purposes.

- Deploy and monitor models: integrate into chatbot frameworks, track performance (accuracy, precision, recall, user satisfaction), iterate to improve.

- Analyse chatbot usage data and user feedback; derive insights to optimise models, improve UX, reduce fallback/human-handoff rates.

- Familiarity with MLOps/deployment: model serving, API integration, cloud environments (AWS / Azure / GCP) beneficial.

- Comfortable working with unstructured data (text logs, transcripts) and transforming it into usable form

- Experience with agentic AI frameworks (autonomous agents, multi- step task orchestration), knowledge of chat platforms (e.g., Microsoft Bot Framework, Dialogflow, Rasa), experience with customer- facing chatbots in production.
