Job Title : Data Scientist AI/ML & Agent Development

About the Role :

- Build, train, and optimize agent-based systems leveraging frameworks such as ADK and Agent Engine.

- Develop, deploy, and manage models on cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Run and Vertex AI.

- Work closely with engineering teams to integrate trained models into production workflows.

- Perform model evaluation, A/B testing, and performance monitoring to ensure model reliability.

- Contribute to continuous improvement of data pipelines and model delivery processes.

- Ensure all solutions meet scalability, efficiency, and accuracy standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Proven expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.

- Strong understanding of agent-based architectures (ADK, Agent Engine) and automation workflows.

- Experience with Google Cloud Run, Vertex AI, or equivalent ML cloud services.

- Proficiency in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model training pipelines.

- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

- Ability to deliver end-to-end solutions in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
