Data Scientist - AI/ML

Requirements :

- 5-10 years of experience in machine learning or applied AI, with at least 3 years owning solutions end-to-end from problem definition to deployment.

- Strong Python skills with experience in data and ML libraries such as pandas, numpy, scikit-learn, and PyTorch or TensorFlow.

- Demonstrated experience building and shipping ML models into production, either batch or real-time.

- Strong understanding of ML fundamentals and statistics, including bias and variance, regularisation, evaluation metrics, and experimental design.

- Comfort working with APIs and microservices, and the ability to collaborate closely with backend engineers.

- Experience with at least one of the following : LLMs and generative AI (prompting, RAG, evaluation) or traditional ML at scale (for example, XGBoost or time-series forecasting).

- Ability to translate business problems into technical designs and communicate trade-offs clearly.
