Job Overview :

We are looking for experienced Data Scientist + AI Engineers to join a Professional Services team focused on building production-grade Generative AI solutions.

The role involves working on conversational AI assistants, RAG systems, AI-powered analytics platforms, and intelligent document automation systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement Generative AI applications using Amazon Bedrock, Anthropic Claude, and other foundation models

- Build and optimize RAG pipelines using vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, OpenSearch, or FAISS

- Develop AI agents and orchestration systems using LangChain, LlamaIndex, or custom frameworks

- Create conversational AI interfaces with intent detection, context management, and NLU capabilities

- Implement prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and few-shot learning techniques

- Build serverless architectures using AWS Lambda, API Gateway, Step Functions, and EventBridge

- Develop RESTful APIs and real-time AI interaction systems using WebSockets

- Design ETL/ELT pipelines and AI data workflows

- Optimize AI inference performance, scalability, latency, and cost efficiency

- Collaborate with clients, participate in Agile ceremonies, and provide technical recommendations

Required Skills :

- Strong experience with Amazon Bedrock and LLM integrations

- Hands-on expertise in LangChain, LlamaIndex, or AI agent orchestration

- Advanced Python development experience (async/await, APIs, testing frameworks)

- Experience with AWS Lambda and serverless architectures

- Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, OpenSearch, or FAISS

- Strong API development experience using FastAPI or Flask

- Experience with OpenAI and Anthropic Claude APIs

- Strong understanding of prompt engineering techniques

Good to Have :

- AWS Step Functions, DynamoDB, API Gateway

- Docker, ECS/Fargate, Terraform, or CDK

- Experience with RAG architecture and embedding models

- CI/CD pipelines and observability tools

- Experience with SageMaker and AI model fine-tuning
