Role Overview :

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and deploy robust machine learning models to solve complex business problems, enhancing decision-making capabilities for clients.

- Design and implement scalable data pipelines and analytical solutions using big data technologies, ensuring efficient data processing and accessibility.

- Conduct in-depth exploratory data analysis and statistical modeling to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that drive strategic recommendations.

- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate machine learning models into production systems, ensuring seamless deployment and operational efficiency.

- Create compelling data visualizations and reports to communicate complex findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Evaluate and select appropriate machine learning algorithms and tools, staying abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

Required Skillset :

- Proficient ability in programming with Python for data manipulation, statistical analysis, and machine learning model development.

- Strong command of SQL for querying, manipulating, and analyzing large datasets from various relational databases.

- Demonstrated experience with big data technologies, particularly Spark and PySpark, for distributed data processing and analytics.

- Expertise in creating impactful data visualizations and dashboards using industry-standard tools to convey complex insights effectively.

- Practical experience with cloud platforms, specifically Azure, for deploying and managing data science workloads and infrastructure.

- Solid understanding of machine learning principles, algorithms, and their application in real-world scenarios.

- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the capacity to translate business challenges into analytical frameworks and deliver practical solutions.

- Strong communication and presentation abilities to articulate technical concepts and findings to diverse audiences.

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.

- Adaptability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment across multiple project locations including Pune, Gurgaon/Gurugram, Chennai, Bangalore, and Hyderabad.
