Job Summary :

The Data Scientist will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to provide actionable insights that support strategic decision-making. The role involves developing predictive models, automating data processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve business performance through data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collect, clean, and preprocess structured and unstructured data from multiple sources.

- Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and correlations using statistical techniques.

- Develop, validate, and deploy machine learning and predictive models.

- Design and implement experiments to test hypotheses and optimize business strategies.

- Create dashboards, visualizations, and reports to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.

- Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business units to translate data insights into practical solutions.

- Continuously improve data quality, model performance, and analytical methodologies.

- Stay updated with emerging technologies, tools, and best practices in data science and AI.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field.

- Strong proficiency in Data Science, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Python, Generative AI, NLP.

- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and data mining

techniques.

- Experience with SQL and data manipulation on large databases.

- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or matplotlib/seaborn).

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business problems into analytical frameworks.

- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop) or cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).

- Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) or deep learning techniques.

- Experience in A/B testing, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making.
