Job Description :

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Data Scientist to join our growing analytics team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in data science, machine learning, and statistical analysis, with hands-on experience in designing and deploying predictive models that drive business decisions.

As a Data Scientist, you will lead end-to-end data science projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and provide data-driven insights to support business strategy and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage data science projects from concept to deployment.

- Design and develop machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.

- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.

- Collaborate with multiple teams to understand business requirements and develop scalable data solutions.

- Communicate analytical findings through reports, dashboards, and visual presentations.

- Stay updated with the latest developments in AI, ML, and big data technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.

- Minimum 4 years of experience in data science or applied analytics.

- Expertise in big data technologies such as Apache Spark (experience with Apache Ray is an added advantage).

- Strong programming skills in Python or R, and proficiency in SQL.

- Experience with machine learning libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).

- Proven hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (Azure ML, Synapse, Data Factory, etc.).

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience in forecasting systems using statistical and ML algorithms.

- Knowledge of mathematical optimization tools such as Gurobi.

- Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI, Streamlit, or Dash.

- Exposure to industrial or construction supply domain is a plus.
