Core Responsibilities :
- Provide insights to improve future marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Campaign, MarTech, Data Engineering).
- Build and scale Proof of Concepts (POCs).
- Implement statistical tools for analysis, diagnosis, and prediction.
- Mentor junior analysts and bring in automation and new ideas.
Must-Have Skills :
- Strong experience in SQL, Python, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Good knowledge of statistical/ML Model (Regression Model, Segmentation Model, Decision
Trees).
- Experience in Banking domain is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience in Marketing/Campaign Analytics is preferred.
- Ability to communicate well and manage stakeholders.
- Leadership or mentoring experience.
Educational Qualifications :
- B.Tech / M.Tech / M.Sc. from Tier1 or Tier 2 Institute (IIT,IIM,MIT..)
Experience :
- Prior experience managing or mentoring team members.
