Data Science Manager - NLP Solutions

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end development of machine learning models, including regression, classification, and NLP-based solutions.

- Design and implement statistical modeling frameworks for business problem-solving.

- Perform data extraction, transformation, and analysis using SQL and Python.

- Develop interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI to communicate insights effectively.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for data-driven solutions.

- Mentor and guide junior data scientists and analysts on technical and analytical best practices.

- Work with cloud platforms to deploy and scale analytical solutions.

Requirements Must-Have Skills :

- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.

- Solid understanding of Statistical Modeling, Regression, Classification, and Machine Learning.

- Hands-on experience with NLP (Natural Language Processing).

- Experience in Power BI for data visualization.

- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

- Proven experience in team mentoring or leadership.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Good to Have :

- Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.

- Familiarity with MLOps tools and model deployment practices.

- Experience handling large datasets and data pipelines.
