Job Overview :
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated AI/ML Data Science Engineer to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and optimizing scalable data pipelines and machine learning systems.
The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in data science, software engineering, and cloud technologies, along with the ability to work cross-functionally to solve complex business problems with data-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Operationalize machine learning models in production environments in collaboration with data scientists.
- Build scalable APIs and microservices for model inference and system integration.
- Develop large-scale data processing systems using tools like Spark, Pandas, etc.
- Ensure data integrity and reliability through automated testing, validation, and monitoring processes.
- Leverage AWS cloud services for scalable model training and deployment.
- Manage model versioning, feature engineering workflows, and ML experiment tracking.
- Optimize ML systems for performance, cost-efficiency, and throughput.

Required Qualifications :
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in data science, ML engineering, or software engineering roles.
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.

- Experience with data science libraries and frameworks such as Scikit-learn, XGBoost, TensorFlow, PyTorch.
- Familiarity with ML deployment tools such as MLflow, SageMaker, or Vertex AI.
- Sound understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software engineering best practices.
- Experience with relational (SQL) and non-relational (NoSQL) databases and modern data lake architectures (e.g., Delta Lake, BigQuery).
Preferred Qualifications :
- Familiarity with real-time streaming platforms such as Kafka, Spark Streaming, or Flink.
- Prior experience working in Agile and cross-functional team environments.
