We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Data Science & Generative AI Delivery Lead to spearhead AI solution delivery and ensure successful implementation of cutting-edge AI and Gen AI solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, and Generative AI, with proven experience in leading and delivering AI/ML projects across industries. Experience in Data Engineering is a strong plus.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- 8+ years of experience in Data Science and AI project execution and delivery.

- Proven experience in delivering enterprise-scale AI/ML solutions.

- Hands-on expertise in at least two of the following : predictive modeling, NLP, Gen AI, LLM-based applications.

- Experience in Gen AI solutions including LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and RAG implementations.

- Strong knowledge of Python, ML frameworks (e.g., Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch), and Gen AI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face).

- Familiarity with cloud-based AI services (Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI).

- Experience working with vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate).

- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to guide technical teams and engage with business stakeholders.
