Qualification : B.Tech/M.Tech or equivalent in CS, Data Science, or related domain

About the role : Responsible for designing and implementing data-driven solutions that leverage advanced analytics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence techniques. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, identify data sources, and develop scalable and robust data science architectures.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and manage the strategic data science and AI roadmap in alignment with the company's goals and objectives.

- Lead a team of data scientists, machine learning engineers, and AI/ML specialists.

- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of data science and AI/ML models and applications.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business, IT, product) to identify and prioritize data-driven initiatives.

- Define and implement robust data governance, quality, and security practices.

- Ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of data science and AI/ML solutions.

- Analyze and interpret complex data to uncover insights and recommend data-driven strategies.

- Communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.

- Stay informed about the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in data science and AI.

- Mentor and develop the data science and AI/ML team members.

- Continuously improve data science and AI/ML processes and methodologies.

Requirements :

- 7+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or artificial intelligence, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

- Proven track record of successfully delivering data-driven projects and solutions.

- Proficient in statistical analysis, data mining, and machine learning techniques.

- Hands-on experience with programming languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL) and data science/AI tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).

- Strong understanding of cloud computing, data engineering, and software development lifecycles.

- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

- Industry certifications in data science, machine learning, or AI/GenAI (e.g., AWS Certified Data Scientist, Google Cloud Professional Data Engineer).

- Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, or other specialized AI domains.

- Experience in product development, project management, or business consulting.
