Role Summary :

We are seeking an Analytics & Data Science Analyst to deliver insights, reporting, and predictive analytics solutions supporting business decision-making. The role involves working closely with stakeholders and data engineering teams to build scalable, high-quality analytical solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop analytics, insights, reports, and predictive models (forecasting, ML, NLP, etc.)

- Work with data engineering teams to ensure efficient and reliable data pipelines

- Follow best practices for model development, monitoring, and documentation

- Translate analytical outcomes into clear, business-friendly insights and presentations

- Maintain high standards of data quality, version control, and peer review

- Support agile ways of working (sprint planning, reviews, Jira)

Required Skills & Experience :

- 2+ years experience in Data Analytics, Data Science, Predictive Analytics, or Reporting

- Strong SQL skills : experience with cloud data platforms is a plus

- Experience with scripting languages (Python/Spark preferred; R/SAS/PLSQL acceptable)

- Understanding of data modeling, analytics, and ML concepts

- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills

Nice to Have :

- Experience in BFSI or similar regulated environments

- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks)

- Agile project experience
