Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

- Architect and implement end-to-end Generative AI and LLM-based solutions to automate complex workflows and enhance user engagement for our global clients.

- Lead the development and fine-tuning of large language models using frameworks like OpenAI and Vertex AI to ensure high accuracy and performance in production environments.

- Mentor a team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous innovation in machine learning practices.

- Optimize data pipelines and model deployment strategies to ensure seamless integration with existing enterprise platforms.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in building and deploying production-grade Data Science and Generative AI applications with 5 to 8 years of professional experience.

- Advanced proficiency in Python for data manipulation, model development, and automation.

- Proven ability to leverage LLMs and cloud-based AI platforms such as Vertex AI and OpenAI to solve real-world business challenges.

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead technical discussions and influence decision-making across distributed, remote teams.

- A solid foundation in machine learning theory and software engineering principles, typically supported by a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.

- High degree of self-motivation and adaptability, with the ability to thrive in a fully remote work environment while managing multiple high-priority projects.
